About neurospi.cc

Less noise.
More understanding.

neurospi.cc is an independent project exploring better ways to explain ADHD — especially to the people who live, work, learn and build relationships around it.

Why build another ADHD website?

Because information can be accurate and still be difficult to relate to. neurospi.cc sits between clinical definitions and lived reality: short explanations, practical examples and interactive experiments that make an idea easier to grasp.

What it is not

It is not a diagnostic tool, a replacement for healthcare, or a claim that every person with ADHD experiences the same things. The simulators are illustrations of concepts, not literal reproductions of an ADHD brain.

Editorial approach

Pages aim to distinguish established guidance from useful metaphors and lived-experience language. Where a claim needs an authoritative source, neurospi.cc should point to one. The site will continue to evolve as content is reviewed.

Design matters

An ADHD resource does not need to shout. The interface is intentionally calm and spacious; the complexity belongs inside the ideas and interactive experiences, not in the navigation.
